IMAGEWORKS REWARDS PROGRAM Rules
Membership
Imageworks Rewards Program Membership ("Membership") is open to qualified businesses and organizations doing business with AW Imageworks. By joining the program, you agree to the Rules of the program. Your Membership is nontransferable and is subject to present and future program Rules. Your Membership is valid only at AW Imageworks. Enrollment begins upon activation, on the day of enrollment. If you make no eligible purchases during a calendar year (January 1 through December 31), your Membership will automatically expire on the last day of that calendar year.
Earn Credit
As a Member of the Imageworks Rewards Program, earn 1-$25 credit for every $1000 you spend on qualifying purchases (see "Non-Qualifying Items" below). Credit will post to your next qualifying invoice when invoices are paid in full at time of delivery or within our standard credit terms (net 30 days). Earn additional Points through special offers and promotions. Credit calculations are based upon dollars spent on qualifying purchases (see "Non-Qualifying Items" below). If invoice payment is not made within 30 days, credit will be deducted from your Imageworks Rewards Program. Credits are nontransferable. Other restrictions or exclusions may apply.
Imageworks Rewards Credit
For every $1000 spent in the Imageworks Rewards Program, you will be eligible to receive a $25 credit off your next invoice of any qualifying products or services at AW Imageworks. Credits are not redeemable for purchases listed below under "Non-Qualifying Items." Credits are automatically applied to your next qualifying invoice and may only be redeemed for purchase amounts equal to or greater than the amount of the $25 credit, excluding sales tax and shipping charges. Credits may be used in conjunction with most other discounts or offers toward the purchase of products, not to exceed purchase amount. You may be notified of additional Non-Qualifying Items and services. Other restrictions or exclusions may apply.
Non-Qualifying Items
Imageworks Rewards Program credit will not be earned for the following: Promotional Product purchases, sales tax, state fees, shipping charges, delivery charges, other excluded charges, and certain items that are excluded in particular promotions. Other exclusions may apply.

Membership Cancellation, Modification, Expiration and Termination
You may cancel your participation in the program at any time by notifying AW Imageworks by mail, e-mail or telephone.
AW Imageworks may, at any time, terminate or modify the Imageworks Rewards Program and program Rules without any further obligations to participants.
If you make no qualifying purchases during a calendar year, your Membership will automatically expire on the last day of that calendar year.
If your Membership is cancelled or expires, accrued credits that remain in the account will be forfeited.
AW Imageworks reserves the right to terminate your Membership at its sole discretion.
